This position will remain open until filled, with the first review of applications on August 28thThe City of Rosemount is hiring a Building Inspector or Senior Building Inspector to help us grow and enhance the services, infrastructure, and experiences that make our community strong. We have one (1) vacancy for either a Building Inspector or Senior Building Inspector. Assignment will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
The Building Inspector/Senior Building Inspector performs building inspections and plan reviews to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances relating to building, fire, property maintenance, rental, and zoning. Prepares permits and completes and maintains required reports and records.
